Italy

Italy is primarily being ruled by the Spanish. The only parts of Italy which still have their own power are the Venetian Territories, Sardinia, and Sicily. The Italians were originally divided into more city-states then Kingdoms, but, the Spanish had unified most of those City-States under their banner. If you're born outside of Venice, Sicily or Sardinia, then you'd technically be considered Spanish.

France

France is the most powerful member of the Iberian nations. It is currently ruled by Louis XIV. France has become one of the most powerful nations in Europe, however, the French are not a part of the Great Turkish War, for Louis aims to strengthen governmental control over the Church, instead of the other way around. Spain is also a notable political power, however, it is less powerful then it used to be. The Spanish are supporting the Holy League, and are apart of the Holy League against the Ottoman Empire. The Spanish have a rich, monarchical-based history.

Russia

Russia is aiding the Holy League against the Ottoman Empire. Their churches are somewhat divided between Russian orthodox and even older Russian Orthodox. Russia doesn't get involved with foreign affairs very often due to their conditions at home, however, this unity was perhaps a clever way to gain allies in the future, or perhaps it was simply through the majority of Russian belief, in the Orthodox Church.

Ottoman Empire

The Ottoman Turks are the people, and the land that is the center point of the large Ottoman Empire. Turkey would be the best place to consider the Sultan's center for political power above all other nations he rules over. The majority of the Empire's military are located within Turkey, and along the border of Europe and the Middle East.
