History:Richter joined the order of assassins 8 years ago. Main reason was because he was bored. He had very good relations with the assassin in japan. So he would go over there and help them and vice versa. As an extra he could get weapons only available to the assassins down there. He does what he is told but he has his own flare on life. He is full of energy and most of the time can't sit still. He is talented however and can confuse people with out trying so the order kept him as an assassin.
