Istanbul

Istanbul is the Capital of the Ottoman Empire. It is the City that the Sultan lives in, and operates in primarily. It is also the source to exert his influence over the rest of the World. All diplomatic arrangements occur within Istanbul, and it plays a key role in the Ottoman's power. It is very, very well-defended. And even protected by a sect. of Assassins. The walls are built strong and high, and the City spans miles and miles across Turkey.
