Japanese Bureau

The Japanese Bureau is a safehouse for Assassins located in Kyoto, Japan. It serves as safe haven for assassins before and after assassinations. It also serves as the Headquarters for Assassins in that area. Assassins are most commonly given contracts here by the Eagle of their Nation. It was founded by Jin Agumasa, who claimed himself an Eagle of the Assassin's Order, and who founded the Assassin's Order within Japan. Jin died due to natural causes 9 years ago.
